The Service Team at Fulbourn has been providing Service Support to the Health Care industry for nearly 30 years. We hold and operate a BS EN 9001:2008 Quality Management System in all aspects of our Sales, Servicing, Installation and design of medical and surgical equipment. We believe that we provide, and it is our aim to continue to provide, a service that is second to none. To this end, we are proud that we now hold a "Diamond Customer Satisfaction Award" for our BS EN ISO 9001:2008 certification. Each of our in house service engineers is fully trained in the installation, servicing and maintenance of the Operating Lights, Examination Lights, Theatre Control Panels, Standby Battery Systems and Medical Furniture Systems for which we provide Service Support. We provide our services to hospitals, healthcare clinics and veterinary units throughout the UK. In addition we provide support, installation and project managment services to a number of international manufacturers, and to a our customers in the EU.
