Fulbourn Medical has a strict policy of only using genuine manufacturer products.
Only original bulbs should be used as any of the following problems may occur:
- A lower light out put
- Damage to optical system.
- Higher temperature in the operating area.
- Inability to focus light field.
- Colour imbalance.
- Damage lenses due to incorrect bulbs
Tips on how to spot a rogue bulb:
- Check with a genuine bulb that the element is in the correct plane.
- Blackening inside the bulb after a short time.
- Possible incorrect voltage and wattage
