Each of our in house service engineers is fully trained in the servicing & maintenance of operating lights, examination lights and medical pendants. In house service training refresher courses are carried out on a regular basis to ensure total client satisfaction at all times.
Our service engineers cover the whole of the UK as well as a number of customers in Europe.
CONTRACT CLIENTS - PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
We recommend that all clients enter into an Annual Preventive Maintenance Contract which provides them with planned servicing on a once a year or twice a year basis with fixed call out rates should a breakdown occur during the contract period.
A large number of Hospitals, Surgeries, Clinics and Veterinary Units use our Planned Preventative Maintenance Service Schedule for their surgical lighting and medical pendants.
When we receive an enquiry for a new contract, we initially carry out a full site inspection of all of the new customer's lighting stock to establish the full scope of an Annual Planned Maintenance Contract. Contracts can include for one or two service visits per year dependant on customer requirements and use.
Each annual contract establishes a fixed price for the servicing and also sets a fixed charge for our emergency call out service should a break down occur during the term of the contract.
Should a Call Out be necessary during a Contract term, we aim to provide a 24 hour engineer response time.
NON CONTRACT - EMERGENCY CALL OUT SERVICE & REPAIR
For customers that decide against a contract because they have their own hospital engineer or handyman, we offer an emergency call out and repair service on an "as and when required" basis.
Our Non Contract call out charges are generally higher than those offered to our Contract Clients and response times can vary dependant on Engineer availability.
Often we hear clients report that operating lights no longer give the light output or are as manoeuvrable as when they were first installed. Preventive Annual Maintenance ensures optimum performance.
