New range of central battery systems available
Fulbourn Medical has introduced a new range of central battery systems. The battery system is designed to supply power to your operating theatre light. When the mains supply is within specification the system supplies rectified AC power to the lighting. If the mains fails or goes outside pre-set parameters the system automatically goes into emergency mode and supplies the lighting circuit with DC power directly from the battery.When the mains supply returns to normal the system automatically changes back, supplying the load with rectified AC power and recharging the batteries. System status is displayed via a front panel mounted PCB using LED's to indicate the status. Alarm conditions are accompanied by an audible alarm with manual reset. The system can be shutdown via the front panel. The system is housed in a cabinet fabricated using 1.6mm sheet steel and is epoxy powder coated. Cabinet access is via a lockable hinged door on the front.
